When I was a small boy, one of my favorite toys to play with at my grandparent’s house was my grandfather’s old FED 35mm Rangefinder Film camera. It was a classic manual-advance camera from the 70s and I would pretend I was taking pictures of everything. At home, my parents had a darkroom and as I got older, my father taught me how to use the equipment and about the basics of developing photographs. The dark room quickly became my favorite room in the house to play and imagine.
My interest in photography was renewed when my daughter was born. Instead of relying on someone else to take quality photos of her, I decided it was time for me to develop the skills that my father had instilled in me. I bought a DSLR camera, started reading everything I could about photography, and haven’t stopped learning since!
I enjoy meeting so many different types of people who trust me to capture the important moments in their life and having fun during the shoot. When you are having fun and are relaxed, you’re going to get some great photos!
I specialize in individual portraits and headshots, families and groups, high school senior photos, and real estate photography.
